Advocate Shtern — Multilingual Digital Platform for a Law Firm

We designed and developed a comprehensive digital platform for Shtern & Shtern, combining a multilingual corporate website with a custom CMS, CRM, client accounts, lead management, service calculators, and advanced SEO and accessibility infrastructure. The platform supports four languages — English, Russian, French, and Hebrew — including full RTL support for Hebrew. The custom CMS allows the firm’s team to manage services, articles, pages, media, translations, revisions, and scheduled publishing without developer involvement. We also implemented a CRM for managing incoming requests and clients, with multiple lead-generation scenarios, service linking, notes, payment status, change history, and data export. Interactive advocate and notary fee calculators allow users to estimate service costs and proceed directly to a service request. The platform is built with Next.js, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery, with dynamic SEO, Open Graph, hreflang, structured data, CDN delivery, caching, and automated content revalidation. Accessibility was treated as an integral part of the product, including keyboard navigation, high contrast, font scaling, reduced motion, ARIA support, and automated accessibility testing.

Digital platform for ORGANUM VISUS, an official ophthalmology media

We designed and developed OVIS, a new-generation digital platform for ORGANUM VISUS («Орган зрения») — an official ophthalmology electronic media bringing together specialists, researchers and patients around eye health and vision. The media has been operating since 2007 and is registered as an electronic mass media outlet (PI No. ФС 77-28671). The new platform transforms an established ophthalmology media brand into a scalable digital ecosystem. It combines editorial content, scientific research, clinical cases, drug and equipment catalogues, clinics, conferences, educational materials and an organisation profile within a single platform. We developed a full-featured editorial CMS with granular role-based permissions, publishing workflows, rich-text editing, media management, SEO tools and audit history. The platform also includes a secure multi-tenant SaaS architecture, allowing the technology to support multiple organisations while keeping their data fully isolated. A key part of the platform is an AI-powered editorial pipeline. It collects scientific and industry sources from PubMed, arXiv, RSS feeds, journals and external URLs, processes the content with an LLM and prepares materials for editors to review and publish. Since 2007 · official registered media · 10+ content & professional modules · AI-assisted editorial workflow · multi-tenant SaaS architecture · granular RBAC & MFA · enterprise-grade security · SEO-ready ophthalmology platform

Magnolia — Multilingual E-commerce Platform for a Local Flower Business

We developed and customized the Magnolia online store, transforming a local flower shop in Netanya into a multilingual e-commerce channel targeting customers in Israel, abroad, and across the CIS. The platform combines a product catalogue, online ordering, local delivery, multilingual content, and a streamlined purchasing experience. The store is available in English, Russian, Hebrew, and French, allowing customers abroad to order flowers, plants, and gift arrangements for delivery in Israel. We customized the OpenCart storefront with responsive product pages, AJAX search and cart functionality, category and product navigation, WhatsApp communication, online checkout, and localized content. A dedicated focus was placed on international acquisition. The multilingual structure, localized landing pages, SEO optimization, structured data, Open Graph, hreflang and content strategy helped expand the store’s reach beyond the local audience and attract orders from customers living outside Israel, including the CIS. We also developed content and merchandising tools that make it easier to manage products, categories, promotions, and SEO content across multiple languages.

Lula POS — Self-Ordering & Restaurant POS Platform

We developed Lula POS from scratch as a proprietary POS and self-ordering platform for cafés and quick-service restaurants, with an operational model similar to large QSR chains. The system unifies guest self-ordering kiosks, cashier POS terminals, kitchen display systems, guest order boards, and manager dashboards into a single real-time order pipeline: create → fire → kitchen → pay → complete. The platform includes a touch-optimized self-ordering kiosk, cashier interface, station-based kitchen management, guest-facing order display, cash and card payment flows, product catalogue management, terminal roles, store isolation, JWT authentication, and real-time WebSocket communication. The architecture combines Next.js, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis and a custom Rust WebSocket gateway, allowing orders and kitchen status changes to be distributed between terminals in real time. The product was designed as a scalable foundation for restaurant networks, where multiple stores, terminals and kitchen stations can operate within one centralized system.
